MARY BETH CAMERON
Mary Beth began her yoga journey in 2012. Being a cardiovascular nurse, she has always prioritized health and fitness in her life.
Yoga, which began as a challenge, quickly became a passion that consumed her fitness routine. Along her yoga journey, Mary Beth reached a point where she wanted to begin sharing her love of yoga with others and became RYT 200 certified. Her goal for each of her students is to leave their mat rejuvenated and mindful of how amazing their bodies are. Yoga is a mental and physical practice that is nurtured through community, guidance and patience.
As a teacher, Mary Beth’s goal is to encourage growth and grace among her students on their yoga journey. Come to your mat and be prepared to focus and challenge yourself and leave ready to take on life.
