Lindsay began her group fitness and personal training career in 2003, shortly after earning her Bachelor's degree in Health Science. Beginning in 2005, she began teaching Vinyasa yoga along with yogalates (a combination of yoga and pilates). Since that time she has taught other yoga formats including Hatha, Restorative, and Powerflow yoga. In addition to yoga, Lindsay is an experienced instructor in Bootcamp, Bosu, Barre, 55+, Strength, Aqua, Step, and Kickboxing.
When not in the studio, she is loving on her husband and five boys. Lindsay is new to Valdosta and is excited to continue to share her passion for mind-body practices at Yoga Central.
