Power Flow

In Vinyasa, meaning "breath synchronized moment," April will guide you from one pose to the next using your breath to connect your mind, body and spirit. A great combination of stretching, flowing and holding poses. Expect the class to be heated and fun. Yogis will feel challenged but happy when they leave.

​Evening Power Flow classes are music driven Vinyasa style, which combine fluid movements, strength and stamina building postures. Advanced poses, including shoulder balancing and inversions, will also be broken down. The evening classes may be challenging, but in a fun and safe way for all. Blocks and modifications will allow for a comfortable practice as you push your edge.

Yoga For All

Open to all levels of practice and abilities, yoga for all focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses and sequencing, using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. As a progressive class, strength and balance will be achieved as skills are slowly built upon every week.  The class is suitable for lunch hour at 50 minutes long with the option for a full 60 minutes for those without time restrictions.

Yoga for Beginners

This class is especially suited for beginners or those getting back to yoga fundamentals. We will focus on moving slowly into yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this class allows you to experience the fullness of each pose. Expect your muscles to get not only toned, but stretched and lengthened. You will feel a strong sense of relaxation when you leave.

Vinyasa Flow

​​Vinyasa Yoga is one of the country's most popular forms of yoga.  And what is not to love? It's sweaty, powerful, and connected and can allow for a yogi to have a deep stretch. Plus give students a balanced experienced physically, mentally, and spiritually.  Start your journey today!  Bring a water bottle, towel and a smile!

Slow Flow

Slow Flow class is a great class for all levels of yoga practitioners. Yoga poses are performed in a flowing style with ample time to position your body into each one before moving to the next. This one-hour class will assist you in syncing your movement and breath while strengthening and lengthening muscles, as well as improving balance, coordination, and mindfulness.

Kids Yoga

Please know Kids Yoga will be announced as a pop up class. 

Kids Yoga is a 60-minute class filled with asanas, dancing, mindfulness, and mediation for young children.  Your child will reap physical and mental benefits of yoga, from stress management and relaxation through meditation, to increased flexibility, strength, and balance.
