RELAX, RESTORE, REJUVENATE,
These three little words can mean so many different things to us as individuals.
Maybe the way you relax is walking on the beach and talking to friends. Maybe it’s by cutting loose on the dance floor and laughing out loud until it hurts with happy tears rolling down your face. Maybe it’s a little gentle yoga followed by a delicious meal that you didn’t have to cook. Maybe it’s just being out of town with no schedule to worry about that includes work, children or spouses.
